PT LAPI ITB has just hosted the 2023
Annual General Meeting of Shareholders at the Sawunggaling Hotel (20/03/2023). The
shareholders gave the green light to the management’s decision to distribute cash
dividends in 2022 equal to 100% of the company’s net profit, or IDR10.03
billion. As the majority shareholder, ITB received a dividend payment of IDR
10.02 billion.
From January to December 2022, PT
LAPI recorded revenues of IDR247,7 billion, an increase in net profit of 11.8%
on a year on year (yoy) and company’s total assets growing to IDR109.86
billion. President Director of PT LAPI ITB, Yusmar Anggadinata, disclosed that
throughout 2022, PT LAPI was able to increase the contract value by 104.63% of
the target. This performance indicated that PT LAPI has directed their project management to be more
efficient including development of in-house projects.
PT
LAPI is committed to continuously expanding the company’s performance and is
targeting for 5% rise in revenue and profits by 2023.
