In celebration of their two-decade reunion, the Environmental Engineering Alumni of ITB class of 2004, also known as Sequel 2004, made a donation for ITB’s endowment fund. Representative of alumni, Rahmat Danu Andika symbolically handed over a donation of IDR103,5 million to BPUDL Secretary, Ahmad Faizal at Lapangan Cinta, ITB Ganesha Campus (10/08/2024). On this occasion, Faizal expressed gratitude to the TL 2004 alumni for their contribution through the endowment fund, stating, “This contribution is an example of how young alumni can actively support ITB’s journey towards financial independence.
This donation has been raised since 2023 in collaboration with BPUDL ITB through the fundraising platform https://inspirasiberbagi.itb.ac.id/Sequel_untuk_Dana_Abadi_ITB. This fundraising effort also represents the gratitude of Sequel 2004 alumni towards ITB, as expressed by Andika “we have gained so much from our beloved ITB campus, from knowledge and character education to experience that have become provisions for us, the TL 2004 alumni to succeed and advance in various fields”.
The donation not only serves as a way to give back to the alma mater, but also aims to support ITB’s future activities, and to be an inspirational model for other alumni to continue contributing and loving ITB tirelessly.
